This location continues to disappoint, which is unfortunate because it's in my neighborhood. Typically we make the drive to the Spottswood location, but today we had other plans. My husband and son both got cuts today and my son's went smoothly. I wish I had they stylist's name because she was very friendly and listened to what I asked for. My husband, on the other hand, had a stylist that tried to send him out the door with a too short, crooked bowl cut, taking advantage of him not being able to see the back of his head properly. When I asked her to smooth the transition from top to bottom, she argued with me and said the transition was smooth and that she had done what he asked. This went on for a few minutes until another stylist came over and showed her how to see that transitional difference and how to fix it. Thank goodness for that! While we were paying (no discount for the poor service, but that's a different argument) I asked her to apologize for arguing with me while I tried to get a decent haircut for my husband and she gave me the snarkiest "sorry" before messing up the transaction and needing ANOTHER person to help her with the register. For anyone visiting this location, be prepared for rudeness if you try to correct a bad haircut from an older stylist. (I really wish I had names)

Christina was my stylist she never spoke a word to me during cut. She turned me to face the person next to me and talked with them. Very rushed and rough. Normally have really good service here but was disappointed in this one.
